Job Title: Financial Reporting Officer

Redbridge Recruitment are currently working with a specialised fiduciary that help organisations protect and develop the value of their assets, including their reputation, and consequently reduce their exposure to risks and uncertainties.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to receive hands on training from the managing partner directly and develop into a Technical reporting officer for niche clients.

**Tasks are as following/Responsibilities**
- Provide support to CFOs and fund managers in any financial matters
- Prep financial reports in accordance with Luxgaap, IFRS and US gaap
- Perform research on technical accounting
- Draft/update consolidation projects
- Participate in purchase price allocation and other valuation projects as part of M&A transactions
- Be involved in IAS36 impairment testing processes
- Design/select/ and implement software solutions on behalf of Acertis and its clients
- Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities at existing and potentially new clients
- Work effectively in collaborative and dynamic team environment

**Profile**
- Masters degree in Finance/Audit or similar
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience as an Auditor
- Strong excel skills
- Reliable individual
