**Responsibilities**:
**Your role**
- Daily governance of corporate department
- Assist with all aspects of the governance matters, including boards, agendas, resolutions
- Work with the different internal operational teams
- Support the handling of corporate documentation and requests
- Support the review and analysis of different documents
- In general, assist in maintaining a sound corporate administration
- Follow-up on client requests
**Profile**:
**Your profile**
- You possess a **Bachelor or a Master degree in Law**:
- You have **at least** **3 years of experience in Luxembourg**, ideally in a service provider, a ManCo or a law firm
- You are **fluent French and English**, German or Italian would be considered as an asset
