We are looking for a like entrepreneur minded Recruitment Consultant who will strengthen our team and help Dragon Republic to be the leading company in our core business.

**Your role**:

- You will manage your own client portfolio and provide them first-class service
- You will identify appropriate sourcing strategies, conduct searches in order to find the best talents and serve our clients' needs
- You will develop market knowledge and become the preferred business partner to our clients

**Your Profile**:

- You have gained some relevant experience in recruitment or HR advisory in the Luxembourgish market - any international experience will also be appreciated
- You are fluent in English - French & German are great a plus, as much any other language
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have strong empathy and passion for people
