**About the Role**:
You will join the **Commercial Supply Chain team**, working directly with the Commercial Supply Chain Manager to contribute to team goals and **support the efficient execution of supply chain activities** for a** 6-month internship starting from March 2025 **in our Luxembourg Headquarters.
**Main Responsibilities**:
You will work alongside internal and external stakeholders to **support key supply chain functions**, including **supply planning**, **freshness assessments**, and **tracking production request changes.** Through your collaboration, these areas will remain well-coordinated and aligned with operational goals.
Your responsibilities will also include **customer service activities**, such as **overseeing sea freight administration** and **managing the order-to-cash process** to maintain efficient handling of transactions and deliveries.
Additionally, you will assist in **generating regular performance reports**, **coordinating labeling activities**, and **ensuring stock accuracy **within the commercial supply chain. By maintaining and updating material master data, you will help ensure accurate and effective information flow, contributing to the overall efficiency of supply chain operations.
**Who we are looking for**:
With a **degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, **or a related field, you possess the **analytical skills **and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, enabling you to tackle tasks with **accuracy** and **meticulous attention to detail**.
Your ability to prioritize tasks and work with urgency will help you **meet deadlines**, while your strong **problem-solving **and organizational skills will keep projects on track. Additionally, fluency in English is crucial for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
