**About the Role**:
**Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters **is looking for a **Supply Chain Security Specialist** to join our **Group Security Team**. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our supply chain, from our suppliers to our manufacturing plants and/or warehouses to the distributor or client.

You will develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard our products and reputation. You will work closely with our suppliers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks.

**Main Responsibilities**:
You will develop and implement Supply Chain Security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard our products and reputation. Moreover, you will conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to identify and mitigate security risks in our supply chain.

As a Supply Chain Security Specialist, you will liaise with several stakeholders. You will work closely with our suppliers, production sites and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure that their security practices meet our standards and requirements. Furthermore, you will conduct audits and assessments of our suppliers to ensure compliance with our security policies and procedures. You will additionally work together with our logistics teams to ensure the secure transportation of our products from/to our suppliers to/from our manufacturing plants and warehouses and from the plants and warehouses to clients.

Lastly, this position will provide you with further opportunities to exercise your analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You will monitor and investigate security incidents and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence. You will develop and deliver training programs for our employees and suppliers on Supply Chain Security best practices. In addition, you will keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Supply Chain Security and recommend improvements to our security strategies and policies.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring knowledge from a **degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field**, combined with **minimum 5 years of experience** in Supply Chain Security, preferably in the food industry. Your deep understanding of Supply Chain Security best practices, standards, and regulations will represent a real asset, as will your experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk management plans. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be of great value. Lastly, you will be willing to **travel **as needed.
