**Job Description**:

- Together with the Head of PR and Marketing, develop and execute a comprehensive PR and Marketing strategy that aligns with our brand messaging and supports our business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers on our key markets (USA, UK, Europe, etc.) to secure coverage and build brand awareness
- Create and manage the press database
- Manage external PR agencies and contractors as needed
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, industry news and provide regular reports to executive leadership
- Help co-create high-quality content for various channels and distribute press releases, promotional/marketing materials, and other documents to the desired parties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all marketing channels and campaigns
- Translate product/brand positioning and customer successes into compelling stories and events that resonate with our markets and the media
- Help develop and execute a strategy for internal/external events and company speaking opportunities to help drive brand authority and thought leadership within the industry
- Manage selected Marketing projects and campaigns daily, monitoring deadlines and ensuring that critical tasks are moving forward
- Work closely with the Event team and help prepare and organize our internal/external events
- Report to the Head of PR and Marketing

**Qualifications**:

- 7-10 years of relevant PR and Marketing experience
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives
- Proven experience securing media coverage and building relationships with key media outlets
- Highly Organized
- Multi-tasker
- Good time management
- Problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and independent, with a track record of taking initiative and driving results
- Strong aesthetic / design sensibility desired — interest in high quality design
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable language is a plus
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Multilingual communications capabilities (English, Hungarian is strongly appreciated)
- Willing to travel to our different headquarters
