We're looking for a Domiciliation & Corporate Officer to:
- manage day-to-day domiciliation matters and administrative aspects of a dedicated portfolio
- coordinate service provider relationships and internal cooperation needs
- provide support in drafting legal documentation
- maintain the domiciled entities’ corporate and legal records
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders in terms of legal documentation requests and other corporate life documents
- support audit requests as well as coordinate with external auditors
- assist on ad-hoc projects related to the lifecycle of the company
This role is for the legal entity UBS Fund Administration Services Luxembourg S.A
**Your team**
- The Domiciliation Team of UBS Fund Administration Services Luxembourg S.A., is providing administrative and corporate support to multiple Fund and Company structures.
Be part of an open-minded, supporting and close collaborating team, dealing with a wide range of daily challenges. We are a small team in a fast-paced environment, we value independent thinking and a precise/accurate and organized way of working. You will have the chance to connect with colleagues in all departments.
**Your expertise**
- We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in business or legal administration (or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 to 2 years working experience in a comparable role
- good knowledge of MS Office
- fluent English, German and/or French is appreciated
- high flexibility and taking ownership of your responsibilities
- organised, rigorous and able to manage several tasks at the same time
- able to prioritise workload and meet deadline
- team-player, pro-active and highly motivated
