We are currently looking for a Support Manager to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
This role supports IT security assurance by handling service requests, managing documentation, and maintaining security systems. It involves contributing to new service designs, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
**Responsabilities**:
- Support IT, including presentations, knowledge management platforms, publications, training, community engagement, service coaching, and reporting
- Manage customer service requests through various channels
- Act as a main point of contact for customers inquiries
- Develop and maintain knowledge resources and documentation
- Support for the date analytics solutions of the team
- Help create and implement new services
- Participate in team meetings and workshops
- Maintain security system accounts and credentials
- Oversee software licensing management
- Contribute to improving service processes
- Resolve technical issues and provide customer support
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
**Technical skills**:
- Very good knowledge of service management practices and relevant tools
- Proven experience with customer and IT Support
- Ability to give business and technical presentations
- Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
- Capability to write clear and structured technical documents and presentations
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and autonomous, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, to make timely decisions, to reprioritize tasks responding to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment
Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- VMWare
- Oracle
- Data Security
- Office 365
- Pulse Secure
- LDAP/ Active Directory
- SMT / Service Management Tools
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- English both orally and writing (level C1)
- French both orally and writing (level C1) would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and communication
- Proactive contributor
