and delivering exceptional employee support across the firm.
In this role, you will lead and develop a dynamic HR team, driving efficiency, compliance, and service excellence in areas such as employee lifecycle management,

**What you will be working on**:
**Team Management & Leadership**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of People Services professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.

**HR Service Delivery & Process Management**
- Oversee the administration of HR processes, including onboarding, contract management, time management, maternity/parental leaves, benefits administration, employee records management and offboarding.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to employee queries, resolving escalations as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation or outsourcing to enhance efficiency.

**Stakeholder & Employee Support**
- Act as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, working closely with business leaders and HR partners to provide solutions.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits, Payroll to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize HR service quality.

**Compliance & HR Governance**
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports in compliance with data privacy and audit standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.

**HR Technology & Reporting**
- Utilize HR systems and tools to track, analyze, and report key HR metrics (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Support the implementation of HR technology enhancements and process optimizations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data and trends.

**Problem-Solving & Decision-Making**: Skilled in identifying challenges, analyzing data-driven insights, and delivering practical, strategic HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.
**Change Management & Continuous Improvement**: Ability to drive transformation, optimize processes, and implement innovative HR solutions to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
**Technology & Data Proficiency**:Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP) and strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making.
