Our team is expanding rapidly and will soon have a global footprint of more than 50 people. We have offices in Dublin, Waterford and New York and remote employees spread out from the west coast of North America all the way to Melbourne. We work flexibly and operate as a remote friendly company so our team in the vicinity of offices can choose the home / office arrangement that works best for them.

**About the role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our Sales team to help capture the growth opportunity we have. Focused on the Luxembourg market you will be responsible for selling the full suite of Fund Recs solutions to UCIT'S Management Companies, AIFMs, asset managers and fund service providers.

Your responsibility will be for the for the acquisition of new customers in Luxembourg and across continental Europe. Your ability to identify, research, target and close new business opportunities will be key.

This is a permanent, full-time role and will be a remote position, reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer.

**What you’ll do**
- Research market opportunities, creating and executing sales plans to achieve your annual targets by attracting and acquiring new customers.
- Drive sales process end to end through identification, proposal, negotiation and closing to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Present Fund Recs solutions through a combination of online and in-person meetings at prospective client’s offices.
- Network and build relationships at senior levels within target organisations (asset and fund managers, fund service providers) and amongst the community of business enablers within your region.
- Build and enhance relationships with clients, business partners and the wider industry in your region.
- Proactive involvement in sales promotion activities (e.g. industry events, Fund Recs events or conferences)

**What you’ll bring**
- A strong track record of successfully winning new business and achieving sales goals when targeting UCIT'S Management Companies, AIFMs, asset managers and fund service providers.
- Demonstrable experience of managing a sales process end to end, from prospecting to closing.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Very strong in-person and virtual presentation skills. Articulate with clear and concise spoken and written communication style.
- Comfortable using your own initiative with an independent working style. Able to prioritise your own schedule to achieve your goals.
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with a solutions focused mindset. Credible in solutions selling and discussing technology requirements with prospects.
- Client focused with strong relationship building and influencing skills when working with senior management.
- Very organised with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with leveraging HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and using the Microsoft suite - Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Comfortable with and ability to work remotely, outside of an office.

Our interview process takes place remotely via teams and typically involves the following:

- A 45 minute call where we’ll ask you about your current and previous roles and explore some competency based questions with you.
- A second stage interview to meet with members of our broader sales and leadership team.
- A final-round interview which will involves a presentation and follow up questions.
- We may follow up with a final stage interview, to discuss any feedback before making a final decision.
