**Responsibilities | Consolidation Manager**
- Feel comfortable with using IFRS and LuxGaap to review financial statements;
- Build close relationships with clients and continuously give them efficient service by you and your team;
- In charge of complex consolidated structures in which financial statements according to GAAPs and IFRS need to be done based on you and your team;
- Validate and ensure work done by your senior and junior team members is up to company standards;
- Constantly support and aide in any other ad-hoc tasks of your superiors.
