We are looking for a:
**Senior Fund Accountant PERE (H/F) CDI**:
**Main roles and domain expert**:
- Manages the accounting of complex investment funds (AIF Funds, UCITS Funds, Hedge Funds and commercial entities) and calculates the NAV
- Ensures the accuracy of securities transactions, derivatives, cash movements, subscriptions / redemptions or any other transaction
- Daily bookkeeping and review of accruals at year-end in relation with AIF
- Preparation of financial statements and following-up their approval and audit process
- Preparation of various other accounting reports such as interim, quarterly and liquidation
- Performs reconciliation of cash and securities transactions
- Ensures the maintenance of the accounting tool implemented
- Assistance to the legal department in the preparation of various documents
- Ensures the follow-up of operations with the custodian bank and / or external brokers
- Maintains daily reports with internal services of the bank (Custodian Bank, Transfer Agency, Pricing and Domiciliation)
- Manages the review of tax and VAT declarations
- Assists in the preparation of withholding taxes and other taxes declarations
- Maintains daily relationships with the Management Company and fund managers
- Maintains regular relationships with the members of the Board of managed funds
- Building strong relationships with third parties (Clients, auditors)
- Ensure that his tax and legal knowledge linked to the function is up to date
- Ensure respect of deadlines implemented, respect of internal procedures
- Supervising and assisting Junior team members
**Professional skills and experience**:
- Education / training (or equivalent level): Bachelor / master’s degree in finance is mandatory
- Experience (s) required: 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar function, at least
- Very good knowledge in LuxGaap and finance products (IFRS would be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of the standards and regulations in force
- Knowledge of project management and improvement of procedures
- Very good knowledge in the accounting software BOB50 (GP3 would be an asset)
- Good level in Excel is required
- Fluent in English and French
