As Administrator Fund Corporate Secretary, you play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team of fund experts.

You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with some of the best minds in fund services. You will oversee a diverse range of administrative and financial responsibilities for our international fund clients, primarily operating in the Alternative Investment Fund sphere (Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Debt, Infrastructure, etc.).

**Some of the things you’ll be doing**
- Handling a client portfolio for Corporate Secretarial matters, including AML/KYC and compliance aspects.
- Handling daily client communication for all corporate and administrative matters as well as communication with third parties.
- Day-to-day legal and administration tasks for funds and corporates.
- Review and drafting of Board and Shareholder resolutions and related documents such as Board packs, minutes, General Meetings, notarial deeds, and agreements.
- Incorporation, administration, and liquidation of companies including handling of all kinds of corporate events.
- Coordination and timely filing of Annual Reports including respectively required documentation.
- Keeping the funds and related entities in legal good standing.
- Actively participating in growing and marketing our business.
- Participating as a core member of our team and helping sustain our strong reputation as a leading provider of fund and corporate management services.
- Supervising the work of Associates and Junior Associates, mentoring them and help them to develop and grow.
- Collaborating with colleagues in other departments such as Finance, TA, Depositary, AIFM, Compliance, etc. Maintaining accurate legal records.

**What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?**

- Hold a master’s degree or professional studies in law or be a (certified) Corporate Secretary, with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant working experience, ideally in the Luxembourg fund industry (working with alternative investment funds would be considered as advantage).
- Want to manage a complex portfolio of clients regarding all corporate aspects.
- Have a good knowledge of Luxembourg based structures (SIF, RAIF, partnerships, etc)
- Be (future) leaders/managers that can support, encourage, and develop more junior colleagues.
- Be fluent in English, written and spoken. Any additional language is considered an advantage.
- Be client-centric, pro-actively focusing on client’s needs
