**Introduction**:
You are a **List 1 or List 4 lawyer** with a focus on funds and looking to join a prestigious law firm?

Our client is currently looking for an **investment funds lawyer** to join their **multi-cultural** team of about 20 people.

They currently have over 20 offices worldwide, and are **expanding** into the Luxembourg market for years now.

You will have the opportunity to work with **cross-functional files** with different **complexities**, all in a **pleasant and healthy** work environment. The links between the employees being very important to them, they regularly organize **trips** abroad for those interested.

**Responsibilities**:
Fund Lawyer - Your Responsibilities
- You will work on establishing funds, investment vehicles and asset management entities for national and international clients
- You draft legal documentation and agreements
- You assist and advise clients on transactions, especially in relation to UCITS and AIF funds
- You deal with legal issues and with cross-border fund distribution issues
- You work in cooperation with other teams

**Profile**:
Fund Lawyer - The Profile They Are Looking For
- You are fluent in **French and English**. Knowledge of **German** will be considered a major asset
- You are a lawyer **on List 1 or 4**:

- You have a degree in law
- You have at least **2 years' experience** in the field
