Our human-sized law firm, established in Luxembourg for **over 60 years**, is looking for a **lawyer specialising in investment funds**, with a good command of **German**. They specialise in several sectors, such as investment funds, banking & finance, corporate and tax.
As an investment funds lawyer, you will play a **key role** in our firm, providing sound legal advice to our clients in the complex area of investment funds in Luxembourg. Your expertise and experience in this specific area will be essential in **providing first-class legal support**.
Junior Fund Lawyer - Your Responsibilities
- Providing specialist legal advice to clients on investment funds in Luxembourg.
- Assisting clients in the structuring, creation and management of investment funds.
- Analysing and drafting contracts, prospectuses, internal regulations and other legal documents relating to investment funds.
- Participating in contractual negotiations and meetings with regulatory authorities.
- Maintaining a constant regulatory watch and keeping abreast of new developments in the field of investment funds.
Junior Fund Lawyer - Your Profile
- Law degree
- Relevant experience in **investment fund law**, ideally in **Luxembourg**.
- Excellent written and spoken **German**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage several files simultaneously.
