**Job Content**:
A Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing information technology projects and their cost, time and scope.
Over the course of a project, the Project Manager will need to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule.
Responsibilities include: project plan, communication plan, allocating tasks and setting milestones.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
- Create long
- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines, allocate resources, monitor progress and manage project scope
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Perform quality control throughout the project to maintain the standards expected
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Manage risk tracking process
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Manage all project documentation
- Work multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
- Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders and sponsors
- Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine system improvements, and implement change.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

**Profile**:
**Qualifications / Skills**
- Required solid experience in Agile methodology as Scrum Master
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field
BA preferred
- Four+ or more years project management experience in information technology I.T.
- ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred.
- PMP or PRINCE II certifications appreciated.
- KANBAN knowledge and experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
