Do you have **Banking Supervision** experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Luxembourg? APEX Group is seeking a flexible, full-time **Banking Supervision Officer**, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
The **European Depositary Bank**, you will be working for, is a provider of Banking, Depositary and Custody services within Apex.
If you were already in this **Banking Supervision** Executive role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in the upcoming weeks:
- Prepare and draft corporate documents and actions, including meeting agendas, notices, circular resolutions, minutes, board packs, etc
- Coordinating board and shareholder meetings
- Handling and responding to enquiries from the authorities and auditors
- Performing internal business support tasks
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position in Luxembourg
- Good knowledge of company administration and corporate governance
- Organised, ability to work to deadlines, and good communication skills
- Excellent English skills required
- A critical thinker with the ability to own tasks and see them through
- Competency with standard business software, including Outlook, Excel and Word
