**_Your area of work:_**
- You will contribute to the success of one of the world’s leading international clearing and settlement organizations. As a Regulatory Reporting Officer at Clearstream Banking, you will ensure compliance with financial, legal, regulatory, and statutory reporting requirements. _
- Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting accurate regulatory reports to supervisory authorities such as the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and the Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL). You will gather and validate data from various sources to ensure it meets regulatory standards and support internal and external audits by providing detailed documentation and explanations. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at improving reporting processes and adapting to regulatory changes. _
- You will experience great multicultural teamwork, benefit from flat hierarchies, and have the opportunity to sharpen your skills while working with supervisory reporting and financial accounting specialists._
**_ Your responsibilities:_**
- _Management of daily ratio monitoring_
- _Transmission oversight of reporting obligations_
- _Support the preparation of supervisory and statistical reports (FINREP, COREP, Liquidity, Balance Sheet Statistics)._
- _Support on analysis of regulatory requirements and the financial statements and fulfil ad-hoc tasks._
- _Update regulatory reporting policies and procedures as necessary._
- _Analysis of supervisory topics of various kinds and implementation within the Clearstream Group._
- _Continuous optimization of existing processes._
- _Participation in cross divisional projects._
**_ Your profile:_**
- _Academic degree in finance or business administration._
- _Prior experience in regulatory reporting and knowledge on regulatory requirements according to CRR applicable to credit institutions._
- _Prior experience in Financial Accounting IFRS will be an asset._
- _Experience in the usage of regulatory reporting software A360._
- _Outstanding analytical skills; must be comfortable in analyzing large data sets._
- _Self-motivated and proactive - ability to tackle challenges as they arise._
- _Excellent communication skills - need to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing_
- _Strong team player, collaboratively working across the Clearstream Group._
- _Fluent in business English is mandatory._
