As the leading national provider of postal and telecommunications services also offering postal financial services, POST Group Luxembourg is a key actor of the Luxembourgish economy.

In order to strengthen its teams, the Business Enablement Services department is looking for a team member for its Operations & Maintenance Service, whose main mission is to support and ensure the continuity of the proper functioning of BSS and OSS systems.

**DevOps Expert** **(M/F/n)**

**Your missions**:

- Assist with the deployment of new changes and ensure that existing infrastructures meet the needs of our clients
- Oversee projects related to ZSmart B/OSS and manage their operational impacts for the BES-OM Service.
- Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation

**Your profile**:

- Have a Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunication or else have acquired during your career equivalent and duly recognized knowledge in the field
- Have knowledge of Telecom BSS and OSS layers, with particular expertise in provisioning flows and interfaces for both fixed-line and mobile products
- Be proficient in network and security technologies, operating systems (MS Windows and Unix-like), relational databases (Oracle/MySQL), and tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Be recognized for strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills, initiative, and autonomy
- Have an excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an advantage
