We are currently looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Platform Engineer / DevOps Specialist to design and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient CI/CD infrastructure and platform services within a high-impact digital transformation environment.
You will be part of a DevSecOps Centre of Excellence, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support both foundation platform services and critical digital projects.
Your Role
In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the evolution of modern software delivery practices:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and system administrators to ensure reliable and secure deployments.
Drive innovation in automation, developer tooling, and environment orchestration.
Improve developer experience and operational efficiency through reusable tooling and process optimization.
Your Expertise
**Here's what we expect**:
**CI/CD with GitLab**: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and optimizing pipelines, repositories, and GitLab integrations.
**Containerization & Orchestration**: Expert-level experience (5+ years) with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
**Cloud Platforms**: Solid hands-on experience (3+ years) with AWS or Azure services.
**Terraform**: Deep expertise (5+ years) in Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, including module creation and environment provisioning.
**Automation Tools**: Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet (minimum 2 years).
What You Bring
**Education**: Master's degree or equivalent (EQF Level 7) in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
**Professional Experience**: A strong background in platform engineering or DevOps, with emphasis on Linux-based systems and secure deployments.
**Certifications**: At least one relevant DevOps certification is required (e.g., Certified DevSecOps Professional, AWS DevOps Engineer, Microsoft DevOps Expert, or equivalent).
**Communication**: Clear communication in English, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-specialists.
