The **Junior Sales Manager - France** will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts for our Water Movement and Enhancement Products and will directly report to the Director of EMEI (Europe, Middle East and India). This position is based in Luxembourg, Contern.

Your Responsibilities:
The position includes the following responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company targets and objectives.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Analysis**: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to your manager on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
- **Business development in given areas**: Work with full portfolio of GWS products, finding new businesses in France.
- **Business travel**: where needed, including abroad (new customers visits, exhibitions)
- **Budget Management**: Manage and optimize the sales budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment.

Your Attributes:

- University/college degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Proven experience in sales. Previous experience in a similar industry would be an advantage.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work on your own where needed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- To be able to organize your work schedule.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent French and English language skills. Other languages would be an advantage.
