**Your Task**:**Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to establish a customer base.
- Develop and respond to RFPs to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Build and manage indirect sales channels to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
**Strategic Planning**:
- Create and implement business strategies to drive growth from scratch.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan outlining goals, strategies, and timelines.
- Set realistic and achievable targets for revenue and market expansion.
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on market feedback and performance.
**Lead Generation and Networking**:
- Cold Calling: Actively engage in cold calling to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Event Participation: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the business and secure new clients.
- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners. Attend industry events and conferences to promote the business and gather contact information.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with contacts made to convert leads into business opportunities and close deals.
**Your profile**:
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Strong background in creating and responding to RFPs.
- Experience in building and managing indirect sales channels.
- Excellent strategic planning and entrepreneurial skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth from scratch.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
