Our company is searching for a senior instructional designer to enforce our team working on several large scale eLearning projects for the European Institutions.
We are searching for colleague who will be in charge of supporting or developing entire courses or curriculums, designing and redesigning courses, as well as creating training materials, such as teaching manuals and other types of reading materials.
**The activities envisaged under this position are**:
- Developing and designing eLearning courses and curriculums, learner profiles and learning paths.
- Designing learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Drafting storyboards in cooperation with the client and experts.
- Development of instructor’s manuals and other teaching tools.
- Analysing updates, and refining existing online content.
- Writing scripts for video and audio content.
- Creating, together with eLearning developers, the course mock-ups.
- Working with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Presenting the results to the client, as well as participating in project webinars in order to present the courses, curriculums and other work outputs to stakeholders.
It is beneficial if Instructional designers also have the ability to create SCORM-compliant eLearning content using Articulate 360 package, and ideally also Vyond and Synthesia tools.
