Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated** Legal Manager** to join their small and dynamic team. As the Legal Manager, you will play a **vital role in internalizing the legal function** within the organization. Legal Manager - Responsibilities:

- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the leadership team and various departments.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
- Corporate Governance: Assist in board meetings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Legal Compliance: Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external legal partners, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing legal support on business initiatives and projects.

Legal Manager - Requirements:

- Degree in Law required.
- Experience as a legal professional in a fiduciary or law firm environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate legal principles, contract law, and corporate governance.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations applicable to the industry.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in French and English
