Descripción del puesto de trabajo: ¿Tienes pasión a la hora de crear nuevos platos? SI buscas un lugar donde tener una gran carrera dentro de la industria hotelera con grandes oportunidades donde aprender y crecer, ven y únete a nosotros Como Jefe de Partida, tu misión principal será la de apoyar al Jefe de Cocina y su Segundo, asegurando que los platos son preparados con la calidad esperada y llegan a la mesa en tiempo, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con el servicio de Sala. Los turnos pueden variar según necesidades del servicio, pero siempre en turno corrido.
**¿Cuál será mi rol?**
- Asegurar un alto nível de preparación y presentación antes de que cualquier plato salga de la cocina.
- Revisar y controlar diariamente el stock de cocina
- Garantizar que se mantengan registros precisos en todo momento en relación a la producción y el desperdicio de alimentos, durante todos los períodos de servicio
- Asegurar que todos los alimentos estén etiquetados, almacenados y manipulados de acuerdo con los requisitos de Salud y Seguridad Alimentaria y Hotelería
- Asegurar que se cumplan todos los estándares de Higiene, Salud y Seguridad y se siga la política de Salud y Seguridad del Hotel.
