**Business Process Manager**

Référence : Bus/Man/4186

Fonction:

- Vous êtes responsable de la surveillance et du contrôle des processus commerciaux ainsi que de leur optimisation.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec d‘autres départements et veillez à ce que les processus se déroulent sans problème.
- Vous êtes responsable de la planification, de la mise en œuvre et du suivi des projets et veillez à ce qu‘ils soient menés à bien dans le respect du budget et des délais.

Profil:

- Diplôme d‘études supérieures ou formation/expérience équivalente
- Plusieurs années d´expérience en opérationnel et en gestion de projets
- Bonnes connaissances de l´anglais, du français et/ou de l´allemand
- Auto-organisation, méthode de travail structurée et orientée résultats
- Flexibilité face aux nouveaux défis et aux changements
