Controlling Manager (m/f)
Located in Bissen / Luxembourg
Your responsibilities would include:
- Leading and guiding IEE's Controlling teams across all regions (Europe, Asia, Mexico)
- Coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while ensuring consistency, transparency, and strategic alignment
- Driving performance analysis, management reporting, and variance analysis
- Submitting recurring/non-recurring ad-hoc reports in a timely manner
- Partnering with business unit leaders and operational teams to improve financial performance
- Supporting monthly closing
- Contributing to financial consolidation and external audit preparation in collaboration with the Finance team
- Implementing and enhancing internal processes and procedures, controlling tools, KPIs, and digital reporting solutions
- Responsible for R&D projects accounting treatment and respective revenue recognition
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- A university degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an international manufacturing/industrial company or auditing firm (with exposure to industrial customers)
- Strong knowledge of all relevant controlling concepts
- Solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles, particularly within an engineering and manufacturing context
- Solid understanding of consolidation principles and intercompany processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- A good knowledge of the SAP FI-CO module, good knowledge of BI tools is considered a strong asset
- Key skills:
- Ability to work autonomously, pro-actively and quality driven
- Strong commitment to deliver cross-business support
- Strong analytical and communication skills with problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language will be considered an asset
