**About BTG Pactual**:
**The Role**

As an ALM Analyst, you will be at the forefront of managing liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital adequacy. You will contribute to the development of strategies that maintain a balanced financial portfolio aligned with the organization’s risk appetite, while providing critical insights to senior management for long-term financial sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tool Development**: Create and enhance analytical tools to inform decisions around managing the gap between assets and liabilities.
- **Pricing Controls**: Develop and maintain transfer pricing controls to support accurate allocation.
- **Risk Analysis**: Conduct thorough assessments of interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and other balance sheet risks to ensure financial stability.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present accurate reports on cash flow, liquidity, balance sheets, P&L, and market trends, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Track key metrics, such as Net Interest Margin (NIM), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and funding gaps, ensuring adherence to internal limits and regulations.
- **Policy Development**: Assist in the creation and implementation of ALM policies, procedures, and guidelines, fostering operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with finance and risk management teams to align ALM strategies with broader business goals, ensuring cohesion across departments.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, C++, Java), SQL, Visual Basic, or data modeling is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of financial markets and fixed-income products.
