**What you’ll do**:
In this role, you will provide a first-class operational service for all employees and line managers. You will support the service that is delivered from the HR Service Shared Centre (HR SSC) and provide support to local HR where required. You will be responsible for supporting HR matters received through the digital contact channels, transacting a range of HR tasks, and escalating any complex queries to the relevant specialist in the HRSSC or Group.

**HRS Support**

You will act as the local point of contact for HRS. This includes liaising with HRSCC, providing feedback working with the team to deliver a first-class service, and providing local ownership for “moments that matter” to employees in the organization.

**Reward & Payroll**

You will act as the account manager for the external payroll provider Securex and in partnership with the HRSSC, ensure employees are paid correctly on time. Act as the local market International Mobility champion (IM) and support and oversee Reward activities such as Pensions and redundancies.

**Innovation & Change**

You will be accountable for the local project management and rollout of global process and system enhancements. Driving the digital agenda and working with various stakeholders to provide the best possible online experience for employees, this includes the implementation of electronic signatures and lunch vouchers.

**Who you are**:

- HR systems experience
- Knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Must be able to handle complex issues in a professional and sensitive manner.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain impartial whilst understanding the customer’s viewpoint. Listens and questions appropriately. Manages expectations and keeps the necessary informed of progress.
- Meets deadlines and manages own time effectively. Methodical and systematic, with an eye for detail.
- Works collaboratively with other team members. Acts with integrity and gains the trust of others. Takes personal responsibility for his/her part in the team and treats others consistently and fairly.
