**BUSINESS ANALYSTE - FINANCE ET COMPTABILITÉ**
**Missions**:
- Assurer le rôle de Business Analyste sur les besoins de l’équipe comptable : comprendre les besoins et les problématiques de nos métiers dans le cadre des projets mentionnés ci-dessus afin de transformer les idées en fonctionnalités concrètes de la rédaction des spécificités jusqu’aux tests utilisateurs ;
- Assurer le leadership du ou des projets en lien très fort avec le sponsor Finance ;
- Définir et mettre en place des KPI pour chaque sujet traité en lien avec nos indicateurs stratégiques ;
- Assurer le suivi des développements, des tests et des ressources mobilisées ;
- Communiquer sur l’avancement des développements en cours et à venir ;
- Assurer la coordination des équipes fonctionnelles et techniques des projets ;
- Gérer la qualité du ou des projets (tests applicatifs, validation documentaire) ;
- Valider la conception de la solution et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles.
**Profil recherché**:
- Connaissances et expériences dans le cadre de sujets similaires en Finance et comptabilité assurantielle ;
- Connaissances des mécanismes de la chaîne de production de l’assurance-vie patrimoniale notamment sur les flux comptables et flux bancaires (réconciliation);
- Forte capacité de communication, d’adaptation et d’organisation ;
- Méthodologies Agile et Waterfall ;
- Capacité de présenter et à rédiger une documentation claire et structurée en français et en anglais ;
- Gestion de projet : planning, ressources, communication et changements.
