**What You Will Do**:
**What You Will Do**
- Understand clients’ technology, operational infrastructure, fund structure and business vision
- Identify, and communicate clients’ requests/needs to various business functions, operational and support teams to deliver on client expectations
- Centralize within JIRA client requests in relation to the platform enhancements, new features or additional needs, in collaboration with the CRM
- Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients, organizing operational due diligence reviews on a regular basis to address questions, comments, and open points
- Review risk logs and support, coordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary

**What YOU will bring to the team**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Asset Management industry, with a deep understanding of all aspects of the fund life cycle
- Demonstrated client experience management/service leadership experience coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who respects diversity, exercises good judgment and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and client care
- Excellent solutions-based problem solving skills to support clients’ needs
- Organized and methodical in customer approach actions, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred
