One of our key banking clients is looking for a DORA Implementation Specialist to lead and facilitate the adoption of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across their operations. This pivotal role will ensure that the bank's systems, processes, and procedures meet the stringent DORA standards, thereby fortifying their operational resilience.
- DORA Compliance Implementation:
- Guide the bank through the process of embedding DORA regulations into their operational structure.
- Design, revise, and maintain policies and procedures to align with DORA requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to review existing practices and pinpoint areas needing enhancement to comply with DORA.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor DORA compliance.
- Provide senior management with regular updates on compliance status and associated risks.
- Demonstrated experience in a compliance or risk management role within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in regulatory reporting and maintaining compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical abilities, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
