**Your responsibilities**:
- Fund Accounting and NAV Checks: Oversee and review fund accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in NAV calculations.
- Cash Flow Control: Manage and monitor fund cash flows to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Fund Reporting: Lead the preparation and distribution of fund reports, providing clear and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
- Valuation Oversight: Ensure precise fund valuations, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Third-Party Liaison: Collaborate with external parties, including auditors, investors, and other stakeholders, to facilitate smooth fund operations.
- Additional Fund Controlling Tasks: Engage in various other tasks as required to support fund management and control activities.
**Your profile**:
- At **least 3 years of experience** in fund controlling or audit function, preferably within private equity or real estate sectors or Big 4.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance
- Strong understanding of fund the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in **German and English.**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
