Human Innovation Partners, a leading Recruiting Agency, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Audit Manager to join an Audit & Governance firm.
As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the internal audit missions for the clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the success and growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an internal audit plan, ensuring its alignment with the organization's goals and objectives
- Lead and supervise a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and support in their daily activities
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk or vulnerability
- Perform audit procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement control enhancements and process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in internal control with at least 4-7 years of experience, preferably in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of internal audit practices, principles, and standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
