**Senior Payroll - Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for 200 employees, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll operations and drive efficiency improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related inquiries and legal obligations.
- Oversee compliance with local labor laws and regulatory standards.
- Handle administrative duties such as contract management, compensation, benefits, and performance review support.
- Continuously improve payroll management processes and optimize tax benefits to maintain market competitiveness.
**Payroll Officer - Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a fiduciary or law firm environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Proficiency in EDUCOS or PeopleSoft is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in Excel are highly valued.
