Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - Legal - PSF - Corporate

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will be asked to fully manage your client portfolio composed of financial clients such as SOPARFIs, Holding, SPV, PE/RE.

You will have to organize and prepare board and shareholder meetings and draft the related minutes.

You will be designated as the point of contact with administrations, lawyers, notaries, and banks. Additionally, you will take care of the bank account openings.

In your daily responsibilities, you will have to prepare and draft legal documents that might arise in your client’s portfolio such as modification of the beneficiaries, updates of the status, changes of headquarters, and so on.

Publication of the annual accounts will also be part of your responsibilities within this PFS.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer - Legal - PSF - Corporate

At least three years of experience are required for this position, and you had ideally acquired this experience within a similar structure in Luxembourg (PFS, ManCo, Big Four, or Fiduciaries).

You are an English speaker (bilingual or native), allowing you to communicate with international teams and clients. However, any other European language, such as German or French, will be considered an asset for this position.

You have obtained a Law degree (Bachelor, Master, LL.M), allowing you to have a solid knowledge of the Luxembourgish jurisdiction that will help you be fully autonomous and independent in your responsibilities.

Offer | Corporate Officer - Legal - PSF - Corporate

A competitive package will be offered to you by joining this structure, such as a € 63 000 (gross) annual remuneration in accordance with your experience and profile and a discretionary bonus allowing you to obtain up to two additional months of wage This will provide you with a financially stable situation.

Additional holidays, Insurance, and € 10,80 meal vouchers will complete this salary package allowing you to save extra budget for your personal plans in this structure.
