To develop the team, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (M/F/x). The office is located in the city center of Luxembourg.

To develop the team, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (M/F/x). The office is located in the city center of Luxembourg.

The company is a shared services center handling the business of a large fortune. They are responsible for the accounting, tax and corporate aspects of 17 entities. The team in Luxembourg is composed of 5 professionals.
In your role of Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities are:
Handling invoices and banks accounts/ Coordinate timely receipt and payment of invoices
Following up on electronic approval flows
Making sure that sufficient cash is available to pay invoices
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and couriers
Dealing with service providers to set-up and maintain local contracts
Support team as required, e.g. preparation of presentations, coordination and circulation of documents for signature etc
**Office organization**: ordering equipment including IT, stationery, refreshments, etc
Maintaining the physical and digital filing systems
Responsibility for facility day-to-day office operations e.g. maintenance, liaison with landlord
Assisting team members with other tasks as directed

**Profile**:
You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or management
You have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position
You are fluent in French and have good communication skills in English
You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service
You are a good team player, positive with a pro-active attitude
You are attentive to details and thoroughness
You have a good communication and organizational skills
