We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Specialist to join our team in Luxembourg.
**Purpose of job**:
The Group Resourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting JTC Group across multiple jurisdictions by providing a high-quality resourcing service to ensure the hiring of best skills, experience and talent to support JTC’s business strategy.
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Provide a resourcing service across Europe and other Group jurisdictions, ensuring ongoing knowledge and awareness of the varying legislative, regulatory and immigration requirements and ensuring all resourcing is undertaken in line with JTC policies and procedures, regulations and best practice
- Responsible for the full recruitment process from approval for recruitment stage through to sourcing, assessment, offer of employment ensuring all stakeholders are updated on a regular basis;
- Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders; advise and guide hiring managers on recruitment processes and interviewing methods to ensure a responsive, cohesive and fair process and ensuring stakeholder needs are managed in a timely and satisfactory manner; update BP’s and Group Director on vacancy status on a weekly basis
- Draft job descriptions in liaison with Hiring Managers to ensure these accurately reflect the role, ensuring final sign off by your appropriate HRBP;
- Develop and build current and new relationships with external stakeholders expanding JTC’s professional network through relationships with agencies, colleges and other third parties
- Review standard agency agreements to JTC standard terms negotiating preferential terms and fees;
- Ensure all recruitment activity is carried out in line with JTC’s DE&I policy
- Consider the impact of resourcing and recruitment costs on an ongoing basis, seeking and proposing efficiencies to Senior Manager, Hiring Managers and BPs.
- Promote JTC as an international employer of choice with strong brand recognition across all sourcing channels both internally and externally the promotion of Gateway and internal vacancy updates, strong social media presence, employee referrals, third party job boards or agencies and own network; propose means and methods for expending, promoting and championing JTC brand for greater hiring impact and visibility.
- Participate in job fairs and career events where relevant;
- Consider the impact of resourcing and recruitment costs and seek efficiencies where practical, highlighting opportunities for efficiencies to hiring managers and/or HR colleagues.
- Actively contribute to the recruitment team and the wider HR team ensuring effective working relationships at all times
- Maintain the highest standard of confidentiality and security in terms of employee data and business information at all times and consider the impact of data privacy and GDPR on all activities undertaken.
- Ensure all HR data is processed in line with data privacy requirement ensuring data requests are compliant and delivered in line with relevant JTC policies, procedures and relevant legislation; and maintain awareness of any proposed changes.
- Uphold the professional standards expected of an HR practitioner and act as a role model of excellence with all internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for continuous professional development and maintaining knowledge of area of profession at all times.
- Consistently demonstrate JTC core values and expected behaviours.
- Any other duties and tasks which might be assigned from time to time
**Essential Requirements**:
- Holding a BTS, DUT, DECF or Bachelor in Human Resources
- 5+ years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably for a high-growth organisation
- Fluent in French and English both verbal and written, other languages will be advantageous
- Excellent network in Luxembourg and the wider European market
- Data management and metrics (e.g. trend analysis) experience
- Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and relevant legislation as applicable to recruitment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in financial services an advantage
- Global mindset
