| Your challenges?
Manage the deployment of Citrix and ensure that it is implemented successfully
Coordinate with the testing team to ensure that all necessary tests are performed before deployment
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the deployment process
Work closely with the UAT team to ensure that all necessary tests are performed and any issues are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure that the deployment team is working efficiently and effectively
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of the deployment progress and any issues that may arise
Develop and maintain detailed deployment plans and schedules
Conduct post-deployment reviews to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure the success of the deployment process
| What do we expect from you?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
5+ years of experience in deployment management or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
Experience with Citrix
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
