**_CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Tools Specialist, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg._**

**Your Missions**
- You handle the interpretation of **licencing rights** and obligations in light of contractual clauses, EULAs, licence grants and other relevant documents
- You are in charge of the **creation** and the **maintenance** of licence entries in the Software Asset Management system
- You **prepare** and **execute** the Software Asset Management actions in order to bring into compliance or optimize licences in cooperation with other stakeholders
- You handle the **assistance** with project management of the implementation of additional functionalities in the SAM system and also the assistance with the drafting of IT policy in the SAM domain
- You provide software licence **budget evolution** and **forecasting** information
- You are in charge of the **follow-up** for the development in software licencing
- You prepare and present **compliance reports** based on contracts to reduce risk
- You participate in **technical** working group, progress meetings, and meetings with software-related contractors
- You run software asset **optimization **exercises for various publishers and analyze the entitlement sheets for the major publishers

**Your profile**
- You have at least **2 years** of relevant professional experience
- You are fluent in **English**:

- You have at least a **Bachelor’s** degree
- You are **experienced** with data conversion to enable import into an IT system, with the encoding of free-form legal clauses and/or other specifications into rules in an IT system and with the configuration of an IT system
- You are **ITIL V4** Certified
- You are experienced with **project management** or relevant training in that area
- You have the capacity to provide **analysis** of the licencing situation of software products
- You are a **team player** who likes to work in an international environment
- You have the ability to **draft policies** and procedures in IT
- You have the capacity to provide analysis of the **licencing situation** of software products
