- Compliance & Financial CrimeMy client, a third party Manco providing end-to-end governance, advisory and oversight solutions to investment and asset management firms, is currently looking for a Senior Associate for Fund Operations & Oversight to expand their team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Your responsibilities will be to ensure the day-to-day controls on delegated duties of the funds under management for both UCITS and AIFs.
- Oversight of delegated operational functions through due diligence activities, review of KPI’s and operational reports.
- Ensure that all identified issues have been reported, corrected and preventive solutions have been implemented.
- Assist with the calculation of the AIFM fees
- Collaboration with the Conducting Officers : contributing to regular reports, maintaining documentation, identifying potential breaches and escalating when required.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 3 -5 years of experience in Fund Accounting of Private Equity and credit Funds
- Knowledge of transfer agency, AML/KYC and/or Depositary activities will be an asset.
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
