**Your role**
- Are you a motivated self-starter? Are you at your best when supporting others? Are you up for an adventure? We’re looking for someone for 12 months like that to:
- Manage projects e.g. internal move
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors
- Actively support the record management and move activities during the integration
- Tracking GCS activities and ensuring proper follow-up
- Offer organizational and administrative services
- Liaise with internal and external providers to obtain the best level of service for the organization
- Handle service contracts and management of Supplier.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the GCS team in Luxembourg handling Mailing, Records Management, Security, Reception, Hospitality, Facility Management & staff restaurant. What is essential is a strong focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

**Your expertise**
- Strong ability to structure, organize and control several work items in parallel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving mentality
- Approachable character, friendly and helpful with a strong focus on delivering a professional customer experience
- Good MS office skills
- Good sense of responsibility and initiative, combined with good organizational skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French, German is considered as assets
- Hands on, proactive self-starter with good time management abilities.
