**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:
- Interface management between production and internal quality
- Monitor current procedures to ensure the production of quality product in accordance with customer quality requirements/expectations
- Work with tools for analysis/continuous improvement
- Manage internally the customer claims and ensure that all defined actions are implemented and are efficient and effective
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed about customer claims as soon as possible while making sure that all needed information are present. Ensure sufficient collaboration with all relevant departments to improve the quality of our products
**Here's what you can bring to the team**:
- Bachelor or 2 years degree in mechanical engineering or quality management diploma.
- 2-5 years’ experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English, German is an asset.
- Strong understanding of best practice quality tools (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc )
