**Your Role...**:
Due to the rapid development of student life at the University of Luxembourg, the Student Services team, SEVE is looking for a project officer. This position covers a range of duties and functions directly related to the administration of high-quality programs focused on enhancing the student experience. Your role will be to reinforce the University’s Office of Student Life team and to ensure the smooth operational delivery of existing and new student life initiatives. In this role, you will:

- Provide administrative and operational support in relation to Student Life activities
- Assist in the organisation and co-ordination of student events, workshops, Campus Life programme and related initiatives
- Respond to enquiries from students and staff, offer information and assistance
- Support the daily management of student assistants and associated tasks
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of student life events and activities
- Maintain and further develop cooperation with student delegation, student associations, main student body as well as other university departments to facilitate student life initiatives
- Contribute to the development of students’ educational, social and personal growth by developing and delivering activities and projects that focus on student life and engagement

**What we expect from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role/environment
- Experience in planning and delivering administrative support for programs within an university setting or similar
- Exercise effective oversight of time commitments, guaranteeing a well-organized and timely execution of responsibilities
- Facilitates open and constructive dialogue, demonstrates an understanding of diverse perspectives
- Mastery of various IT tools and systems
- Fluent in English and French, other languages a plus
