**Position**: Senior Business Analyst (CDI)
**Location**: Luxembourg
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze demands for new projects and define requirements related to data and business processes.
- Participate in the implementation of projects covering topics such as Reporting, Data Governance, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Process Automation.
- Work with internal teams to define and enforce specific security and privacy requirements for data items, taking into account data privacy regulations such as GDPR and sector-specific regulations.
- Increase visibility over the business architecture landscape by using enterprise data modeling.
- Support the execution of transversal initiatives at the organizational level.
**Required Profile**:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, IT.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn and grow.
- Team player with the ability to coach less experienced colleagues in conceptual work and strategic direction, including sharing knowledge.
