**Introduction**:
One of our clients is currently looking for Senior Business Analysts. The main goal of this project relates to the enhancement of the existing accounting system (PeopleSoft) and related systems (WSS-CLM, WSS-TRM, DW and SAP Business Objects universes, etc.) in order to handle an automated dual ledger accounting framework, i.e. accounting framework under EU-AD and accounting framework under IFRS.
**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- 7-10 years’ related professional experience;
- Experience with:
- Accounting/dual ledger;
- IFRS 9 standards;
- EU-AD standards;
- Financial reporting;
- Structured/derived products;
- Business processes;
- Internal control framework;
- Chart of accounts and accounting rules/schemes;
- General Business Analyst competencies;
- First-hand experience with accounting systems;
- Investment banking experience.
**Duties/role**:
- Defining new business processes and an internal control framework in order to manage the automated IFRS financial reporting;
- Defining a new chart of accounts and implementing new accounting rules/schemes including possible update of the existing ones;
- Delivering new interfaces and enhancements of existing ones in order to have an integrated environment (including DW) and a comprehensive accounting IT system;
- Providing a set of new reports dedicated to IFRS reporting and controls.
