**Business Training’s experience is built on solid ground**: we have been providing cutting-edge ICT training sessions for about 20 years. Originally, Business Training specialized in IT technical and end-user trainings (Windows, MS Office, etc.). A few years ago, our company widened the range of its training catalogue to also meet the increasing demand for best-of-breed management courses (PRINCE2®, IPMA, ITIL, etc.).
We are a growing and dynamic training center specialized in IT & Management training in Capellen - Luxembourg.
As Administrative Assistant, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the company and support the entire team. Employment type: full
Tasks
Manage the whole training organization cycle (Contact with customers, agenda, relationship with trainers...)
You welcome our visitors and suppliers.
Managing the switchboard and transferring calls to the right person.
Reservation of restaurants, hotels, flights.
Ordering office materials, teaching materials, lunches...
Keeping the various websites up to date
You support other departments with administrative tasks (planning, invoicing, requesting quotes, processing data...)Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
You are an Administrative jack-of-all-trades - you are well organized and work efficiently. You are also flexible enough to respond to unexpected ad hoc tasks.
You are Service minded - you like to help and support others.
You have a Professional appearance - your approach shows professionalism but with a large dose of enthusiasm. You are warm and jovial but at the same time discrete.
You are fluent in French and in English
You have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
You have some knowledge of accounting (an experience in accounting is a plus)
Profile
You have at least a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience and previous similar work experience is a plus.
