**Corporate Finance Director**:
Funds Talent have been mandated to help our client, a leader in global Real Asset investment, in their search for a Finance Director for their Corporate team.

**The Role**:

- Oversee instruction to payroll firm, reconciliation and payment
- Remuneration disclosure calculation as per ESMA guideline
- Reviewing of external financial deliverables
- Quarterly costing model calculations (internal recharge of cost)
- Responsible for reviewing regulated reporting (e.g CSSF & FCA /BCL/CBI)
- Calculate quarterly, annual capital requirement (own fund capital)
- Review and present quarterly management reporting for the Board of managers
- Active board member on several entities
- Managing a team of 4 plus external providers.

**Key requirements**:

- Proven experience with AIFM reporting and regulatory frameworks, ideally within a ManCo or AIFM
- ACCA or CPA qualifications
- Strong management skills with ability to drive a team
- Proactive attitude and drive for accuracy
