**Reports to Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director**

The purpose of this position is to administer a limited portfolio of corporate and fund structures focused on private debt investment-- portfolios, working closely with a dedicated team, and reporting to the Senior Client Relationship Manager / Associate Director - Administration.

As Client Relationship Manager 1, you will be responsible for managing dedicated and hard-worker team members. You will be regarded as an expert in your field and as such must demonstrate the right attitude, oriented towards the delivery of high quality services. You will be the primary support for your team members, encouraging their development by providing internal trainings, knowledge sharing and coaching.

As a mentor and leadership figure to the team members, you must have excellent people management skills and the ability to develop interpersonal relationships to maintain a positive working atmosphere and encourage constructive communication.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Act as point of contact for a limited number of fund and corporate structures within a team
- Coordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
- Develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships
- You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients and other external parties, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions, while at the same time meeting internal requirements
- Attend, lead and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings
- Ensure the preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Act as "B" level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts
- Assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including the management of aged debtors
- Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff
- Participate in the appraisal process for members of staff

**Skills, knowledge, expertise**:

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration
- 4 - 5 years corporate or fund administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent would be a plus)
- Ideally 1 - 2 year of experience in a management role, or otherwise coaching, supervising and supporting junior team members
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (any another language will be considered as an asset)
- Sound technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)
- Committed to work and willingness to progress in a fast-growing environment
- Proactive, attention to details and rigorous
- Advanced computer literacy skills are essential
- Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship
