**Job Description**:
A well-known international bank is looking to add an Investment Restrictions Supervisor to their Investment Restrictions team in Luxembourg.
If you have investment restrictions monitoring experience and good knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations and fund compliance, with particular focus on UCITS, this could be the next career opportunity for you
- Perform daily reviews of funds in accordance with policy and procedures. Understanding relevant investment guidelines, reviewing investment restrictions: analyzing and investigating possible breaches
- Develop and maintain adherence to policy, procedures and processes - suggesting improvements when necessary
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects; for example: gap analysis and implementation when there are new regulatory updates
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders around coordination, analysis and providing solutions to investment restriction monitoring queries or escalations
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar investment compliance role with knowledge of investment restrictions this could be within a depositary, management company or audit environment
- Exposure to investment compliance activity related to UCITS investment structures
- Good understanding of Luxembourg fund regulations and documentation
- Knowledge of MIG21 and/or Charles River advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - good internal and external stakeholder management
- Good organization and analytical skills
- Fluent in English both written and verbal, with another European language advantageous
